Strength & Conditioning (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri)

The Core of the Program. This is where the foundation is built. Our S&C classes are focused on long-term athletic development. Each week, we prioritize:

  • Compound Power: Two days dedicated to the “big lifts” (squat, press, deadlift) to build raw strength.
  • The Art of the Lift: One day focused on Olympic Weightlifting and high-level skills. We believe in the precision and power of the snatch and clean & jerk.
  • The Engine: One day dedicated to metabolic conditioning and “engine building” to ensure your gas tank matches your strength.

 

nutrition coaching

Training hard is only half the battle. To see real changes in body composition, performance, and energy levels, your nutrition must align with your effort in the gym. Our Nutrition Coaching program is designed to take the guesswork out of the kitchen so you can focus on the leaderboard.

Dynamic Recovery (Thursday)

The Science of the Finish. Longevity is the key to progress. Thursdays are dedicated to Dynamic Recovery—an active session designed to “tune up” the body. Instead of high-impact intensity, we focus on:

  • Joint Health: Targeted band work and accessory movements to bulletproof your joints.
  • Blood Flow: Light resistance to flush the system and reduce soreness.
  • Mobility: Moving with intent to improve your range of motion so you’re ready to attack the weekend.

 

Partner Circuit (Saturday)

The Ultimate Team Grind. We finish the week together. Our Saturday Partner Circuits are high-energy, team-based sessions designed to test your conditioning in a fun, competitive environment.
